Nope, that is initially it. As long as the zipped content is set up with the proper Library hierarchy, you are good to go. You always want to unzip to the Parent folder of your runtime, not the runtime folder itself. Otherwise, you will create a nested runtime which may or may not get recognized within Poser.
Extracting to a temporary folder allows you to examine the content and how it is laid out. Some vendors create an author's folder, then place the runtime within that. This causes considerable problems if you were to directly unzip into your primary content folder. Better to be safe than sorry later on when looking for content hidden away elsewhere.
