But we can't log in.

I don't think it is the password issue.  It isn't saying the password is WRONG, it just ignores what I put in.

I put in the user name and password and the same screen comes back.  When I go to "my account" it says I am a guest.

And now, when you go to the log in page, it asks for a Secret Key.
