well i went to the service pack to get a screen capture to prove it ask for a credit card

guess what     serial number now invalid

its like a cruel joke that keeps getting worse

i just hope they give me a refund

i too am a hardcore poser user

put yourself in my position

and i have entertained the thought that its something on my end

im not a beginner though and i tried everything i could find and read on this including the simple things that support recomended.

i just want my money back at this point, im happy with Poser 7 and am going to try DAZ Studio. And im starting other things like Blender which i enjoy. But there nothing quite like the familiarity of Poser that i have used for about 8 or 9 years.  i have the box set of Poser 7 and they will have to pry that from my cold dead hands.
