Subject: Poser 10 upgrade will not accept my serial number

Hi.

Since your previous Poser 7 purchase was not with us here at Renderosity we cannot help with the error on the Poser 7 program. Do you still have your purchase order email with your serial number when it was issued to you for Poser 7? My suggestion would be to contact the vendor here through sitemail and explain the issue you are having to them as all product support is done through the vendor. Please let us know when you are able to get this corrected. :)
