SO C: drive is full? If ypou weren't able to to complete the content installation the easiest to handle it is to delete the content directory (presuming it contans only the included content, and not any of yours) and reinstall Poser , pointing it to install the content on another drive; either to a D: or E: drive, or to a mapped network drive.
If you have a network drive, you should be able to map the network directory and install the content there...

Since you are using Poser Pro 2010, you will certainly need to install the update before running it. If it still won't start, you may also need to manually switch the external library on be editing Poser.ini, which can be found in your user data under Application DataPoser Pro9.0, and changing LIBRARY_IS_AIR from 0 to 1...
