If by 'installer program' you mean a bitrock .exe file the error message can be ignored, Windows is complaining because it finds it odd that no registry inputs/changes where made.  Often the default path location in the installer .exe is out of date and needs to be change to point to your content path.  Read my previous post to determine where your DAZ Studio content library is.
