Good point. Thanks for your comment. To me, the classic period is when the studio system was in effect, and the same basic technology was used. That means round lights, often with barn doors, not rectangular light arrays. Movie cameras had film magazines consisting of two circular reels perched on top of the camera body, not oblong magazines canted at an angle. These characteristics represent anything from the silent film era through the end of World War II. But anything would be welcome at this point. The only movie set with equipment I've found on Renderosity is an outdoor patio that isn't very technically accurate. And I haven't found any movie studio or sound stage models at all.
