Morph injection files need the morph deltas, rather than the morphed obj files.  Unless you have a utility to generate morph deltas straight from the obj files, you may need to start by loading the morphs in Poser and saving the resulting prop or character.  The Poser file can then be edited down to injection pose form, or an injection pose can be generated using some Poser utility.  I use Poser Editor and PMD Edit, by Dimension 3D, to create injection poses.  Other products are probably available, and can probably be cited here by other respondents.
