THe problem with using image files in Flash is that they are, well, image graphics. Flash gets it's amazingly small file sizes in it's movies due to the fact that it uses vector graphics, instances, and "tweens". Each frame is like only the difference between it and the previous frame, whereas each frame of an animated GIF or an AVI has all the image info in every frame. i think the only way to do what you want is to have the Poser Pro Pack, but I don't know if that's exactly what you want either.
