Venders go threw the trouble of learning how to model, rig, weight, map, texture. Yea they do, but they don't just stop and say 'stuff it, that'll do', instead they undertake a long constant process of learning and improving. Of course sellers - and freebie makers - want to make quality work, not just to increase sales but because they have a pride in their work. Equally theres loads of differences twixt software and versions, so 100% perfection is never possible, so I think it's unfair to say sellers are dropping the ball. Also who defines whats a good standard, you, me, store staff? Maybe even the community discussing the subject here? Perhaps like shvrdavid says ..."How would you rate what you made?"... you might even like to post someone of your work here? After all as you're saying things have room for improvement, why not show us how to improve them?
