you didn't look at the render by hellboy?
if I remember correctly hellboy uses DazStudio and reality for it.
Yup I just checked the link you showed(one of my fav pieces by him, it was what made me want REALITY)
He uses DAZSTUDIO and lux.
I know....Daz does beautiful skin.
