Plastic Fence.  Did this as a modular piece; it could be extended as needed, to surround an area.  Very light model, with beveled edges.  I might offer this as a freebie down the road, with some enhancements.

Modeling time: 1 hour.
Topology: All quads/subdivision; About 4200 polys.
