The Girl always creeped me out :)  Here's my attempt.  Legs and arms can be thinner and even with less detail from the A4 morphs.  I didn't have any problems with clothes or posing.   There's a combination of scaling and moprhs for this and legs can be made longer too.   Of course this is in Poser Pro 2012.   I'm not sure scaling works well in previous versions.   I think it worked in P8 but I'm not sure so that may be an issue.
