Quote - Posers 5 & 6 can be removed from one computer (out of the programs folder) and placed on a flash drive other hard drive etc and work well.  I have both 5 & 6 on a flash drive and can just plug it into any computer I  am sitting at and it just works.  I have tried on Windows up to Versio 8.0 and it works.  Have not tried to install to thehigher versions and I am not sure if it would or not.

Poser 7 wants to install into windows when I try this method and I have not really tried it since I keep forgeting to bring my Key code.  It might work this way.

Poser 7 is also self-contained and portable, although I haven't tried it on a removable drive.  I still use my original installation, which is on its fourth computer; I just copied it over and made sure the external runtimes were in the correct place, or edited LibraryPrefs.xml to point to where they actually were....
