And now here is what it looks like when not maximized (and I NEVER maximize windows for any program if it can be helped) (although this image is on a download page)  I chose a DL page so you could see the download bar stretch all the way across the screen. 

BTW, I'm having that problem with the bar again on the right-- my browser window is the same size as in the screenshot in this post.

 

The left and right have not been cropped so that you can see how large I have the window.  Yes, my resolution is on the standard/recommended setting.
