As long as we're talking about it, then I may as well ask. In light of the shoe situation as you describe it, do you guys prefer to have shoes come with an outfit or buy them separately in a shoe pack or something? That way you can pick whatever shoe you want to go with whatever outfit you you like. After all when you buy real clothes you don't normally get a free pair of shoes with them.
