Essentially, "action" type outfits shouldn't come with hig heels. That's my big gripe.

I also forgot one thing in my original post: as soon as high heels are involved, there is the issue of posing the feet. How should I pose the feet on a girl running in an alleyway if she wears heels? It always looks goofy.
