I am running PP2014 along with DSON on a 32-bit WinXP and I don't see any performance lags ATM.  The only issue is having the Library running with Adobe Flash which slowed it down tremendously.  Switching to Adobe AIR fixed the problem.  Just save your scene and reboot Poser before rendering.
