This is not the Smith-Micro customer complaint forum. 

There is nothing we can do about your discrepencies here. Smith-Micro has a customer service department you can take those complaints to. 

The only thing posts like this do is continue to cause arguments.

I'm deleting all posts that derail this thread. I've already deleted a few threads the last few days that have dealt with similar issues and I will continue to do so.
