I am running a mac, so let me help you with this. This is my setup. On my Scratch disc I have a folder called !! Additional Runtimes (no it isn't an exciting name but it is descriptive). Going left to right: !M4/Runtime/libraries/!DAZ. In the !DAZ subfolder the DzCreateExPFiles-M4.command is the file that you are looking for. This file creates the injection channels for M4 - it does not actually put the injections in the figure. I'll show you that next.
