From => Top Menu => Window => Quick start

A new window opens and lets you choose your lessons/demos even with a full set of video tutorials.

Poser comes with a nice set of tutorials, from basic to advanced.

But very few people know about it.

This "Quick Start" could be the "first" opening screen for a new Poser user.
