It has morph dials for depth, width, height, and thickness. Even if you manage to assemble the parts, you'd have a lot of work to do when trying different thicknesses. With my prop, you just spin a dial and all the walls morph at the same time. The morph dial is calibrated in inches, so you can dial it exactly.

I did not build this by hand as you're doing - that would be incredibly tedious. I did it procedurally with a script.

 

megalithic tedious, lol.  after learning how hard it is to do real world measures with my current toolset, had to learn a way to do it.
