It's simple.
Turn off the built-ins: Diffuse_Value = 0 and Specular_Value = 0.
Attach Fresnel_Blend to white Alternate_Diffuse. Set IOR = 2.5
Attach Reflect to white Fresnel_Blend Outer_Color.
Attach Refract to white Fresnel_Blend Inner_Color. Set IOR=2.5
Nice, I'd already been using essentially that setup; I just hadn't done a render that close before.
