V4 has been around much longer than Roxie and, still, is promoted and used heavily.  Her added advantage, as a DAZ figure, is her conversion to weightmapping.  

Roxie is a Poser legacy figure and unfortunately, many legacy figures through the years have not been promoted too well.  For content, you will need to search around.  If you have PP2014, the fitting room would be your best bet to try and convert clothing.
