I tested this link in Google Chrome Browser and it worked perfectly!

This kind of problem sometimes occurs with this browser due to scripting flaws updates etc !

If this is your browser , you could check if this happens in incognito ? Press CTRL + SHIFT + N and test .

Another method , again I say if your problem is with Google Chrome browser :

Could you take a test ?

Go to this directory in windows explorer :
C : Users USER AppData Local Google Chrome User Data Default User stylesheets

In the User , you put the user name of your computer .

Once in this directory , find the Custom file. Click to open in a text editor ( Notepad) and then paste this code :

width: 10px ;
height: 10px ;
}
:: - webkit - scrollbar -track - piece {
background-color : # ffffff ;

• webkit - border-radius : 0px ;
  }
  :: - webkit - scrollbar -thumb : vertical {
  height: 5px ;
  background-color : # 666 ;
• webkit - border-radius : 0px ;
  }
  :: - webkit - scrollbar -thumb : vertical {
  width: 5px ;
  background-color : # 666 ;
• webkit - border-radius : 0px ;
  }

After paste , save and close the file .

( I solved this problem this way , through a forum ) .
