Subject: Brutal Skin Shader Feedback required!

Here is the latest "finish" shader.  I adjusted the specular, the spread seems good, but it needs toning down a bit.

 

There is something odd going on with the ear

 

I had another crack at the eyes and the teeth, eyes are better but still a ways off
