To be completely honest, it's very unlikely that I would have noticed the angle of Roxie's foot if it hadn't been pointed out already. I'm not a dancer. Not even close. So my eyes don't catch these things. Probably most people's don't. I wouldn't stress over it. Depends how important perfection is to you. :) It can't hurt to get as much "right" as possible, though. And when you're actually getting feedback -- with real and useful suggestions (not just, "great pic") -- I guess it's hard to stop trying for that perfect image.
