Carefully paint over the clothing item until the Poke Through is gone. You will see the clothing expand nicely around the Voluptuous morph. Do front and back. (for some morphs do not forget arms and legs) At this stage you can use the mirror function, so you only have to “paint” one side.

Close Morphing tool.=> You have Voluptuous Dial in the clothing.
