Quote - People were using that thread as a personal complaint board to bash S-M's business practices long after the sale was over, as tho this is some kind of customer service board for them, which it's not, so I trashed it.

Just curious, I've seen whole threads locked here, but not deleted.  Deletion is more common on other sites...

For those who posted their feelings about that sale, in hopes that Smith Micro may look at this board periodically to see how users react to their sales, marketing and product direction...thats unfortunate.
