Can someone explain more how to get the Loom working?

I've got the compiler going but not the loom. :sad:

Is this an old Bagginsbill shader? Do you have the image in the folder and the compilier pointed to it?  I don't exactly remember how I got it work because I saved it in the MC5 or MC6 format.
