Re: Amusement Park. He has a carousel already, so the roller coaster, etc. would likely be additional amusements and not additional blocks? The Amusement Park block might just be a very large vacant lot . . .
I think I asked for this last year (not nagging, just saying): Child's Playground. Parking area, grass, sand under the attractions, wooden/"plastic looking" climbing structure, mini carousel (push type), spring mounted pony/rocket/whatever, etc.
Not his usual thing; he seems to prefer structures over non-furniture items, and that is fine with me - if I set myself an 81 unit project, I would probably limit the "stuff" and focus on the "where."
Something else I would like: Water Park/Slide. The big ones, not the inflatable backyard types.
I have this set (among quite a few others) and I love it:

It has a couple of seaside playground items, but not anything like a dedicated playground.
But I use it as a landscape for anything water related.
And I think it would be the perfect landscape for an amusement part, especially a water park. It is big enough to fit an entire theme park. Or waterworld. What have you.
If I had to guess, I'd say that the modeller is very keen on finishing his enormous project of city blocks. I mean, who wouldn't want to complete it? It's a massive undertaking, and when it's complete, it will be truly one-of-a-kind. I doubt anyone else will have the focus and determination to make an entire city of that size and detail. :)
