If you notice the OP's image, Genesis is still subdivided which explains why the outfit is taking longer to conform.  After importing Genesis/Genesis2, you must go back to the DSON script and select zero subdivision, otherwise anything you attempt to do will impact on Poser's reaction time and speed.
