Yours was one of the names recommended to me when I first became addicted to, er, took up 3D as a hobby.  Your hours of patience and production allowed many such as myself into that private playground you artists and product producers inhabit.  As others have said, I am deeply sorry you have not been well.  Been there myself (5 heart attacks and a double bypass) but still teaching because I have a mortgage.  Take care of yourself and be at peace.
