Here's one I did heavily mod from the Wood Elf base.  Custom follower, custom eyes, dialog, face resculpting.  The ranger type I was talking about that can summon animals.

Face was re-sculpted in Poser using the morph brush.  I could have gone with other tools but the heads are fairly low poly.
