You may actually have Sydney selected, sometimes the picker isn't very smart. Try using the drop down instead of manually clicking. Especially when youre scene gets crowded, it can be a lot easier to use the drop down menu. You can find it above your Parameters tab.  Click it, then navigate to the clothing in question and then use the conform to Menu option. If she still isn't showing up there could be other factors involved so I would contact Tech Support.
