I definitely am doing it the correct way. But in the drop down menu, it has all the other figures I'm using (a bunch of trees) without getting to Sydney - who was added last, so at the bottom of the list. It really is like the drop down menu has simply run out of space... 

At least one person in my Poser FB group reported having the same problem.
