I have busted out laughing this morning reading this cause this is SSOOOOOO me and my feelings when it comes to them.. And those phone calls, yep it's been a minute since I've had to make one too. There was a point it was so bad they put some kind of flag on my phone that when I called I went straight to the supervisors phone which was good if it was the right time but bad cause most times it went to voicemail. I've been hung up on by so many comcast reps lol. I have one of my cable boxes in my car right now (probably my 10th in the last year) to take to the local office cause I guess they only work for about 30 days at a time even brand new?? I have to gear up though cause I know it's gonna be waiting in line for about 45 minutes and then a not so nice face to face.uggggh.
Let's wait it out until like tuesday or so and let me know if you are receiving anything from us then we can let the techs look at the logs to see exactly what the bounce message is and go from there. Then if you have to call them you can have more ammo with the bounce message info:)
