Hi I am afraid you have belatedly discovered the bane of the poser animators existence.

The IK system of poser is broken
in the sense that it is an ALL or nothing
option.
If you turn on IK and set merely ONE keyframe with IK activated  poser will not let you forget that it was once on and will retroactively attempt to reapply
in later key frames after you have supposedly deactivated it

This is a long standing bug known since
poser 3 and SM seems to have Zero interest in addressing it directly as IK is an animation feature that does not seem to interest SM

So you will have to leave IK off and manually pose the feet
in relation to the floor etc........sorry
