The cloth room is an automated feature which will better fit your dynamic clothing for both still images and automation.  As Plutom describes, spawn a prop then return to the Pose room, select and delete your original clothing from the scene, your prop should be available.  Select the prop and save that back to the Library under Props.  Now you have new clothing for your figure.
