In the old days, Poser mixed stuff that makes the code work with content you use in a render. They needed to separate those.
But the code stuff remained behind in what you call an empty runtime. It's not empty - it's full of Poser application internal files that make Poser work. However, you attempted to load content in it and you added the empty content folders. They don't belong there and on my copy they are not there.
Just because there is a folder called "runtime" doesn't make it content.
The third one has always been there and is for downloads, but I don't use that because of where it is. I removed it from my system.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)
