We've always had a minimum purchase required amount. It used to be 5.00 but since we now have prime that are 3.50 we lowered that but we've always had a minimum purchase amount as there is a per transaction fee charged that is quite high from banks/paypal/etc so the minimum has always been there. That is nothing new

 

Okay can you email me a screen shot of where you are getting the all fields required error? The billing info is and has always been ** where all fields that are required have to be filled out for  billing info but it sounds like you are saying you are past that part when you get the message?

 

And are you getting this message on the purchase you are trying to make that is below the minimum 3.50 amount?  As that might be why, not sure so if you can email me stacey@renderosity.com a screenshot so I can see exactly when and where you are getting this I can check on this further for you
