Why?

1. I'm going to (eventually) buy YOUR product.

 

2. If you used another one of your products, guess what? CHA-CHING!

 

3. You may have helped another Rendo vendor. Consider: If YOU liked what product they made to help sell yours.....

 

4. It's just good customer service and we don't have to bother you with those pesky annoying PMs (that you may or many not answer) :D
