Hello,
Do you see a file that says _UD at the end. Try to download it once more. Do not use any download accelerators. Try and put it in a new location on your computer, not in the same place you downloaded it as before. Only download 1 file at a time. Do not have 2 or more downloads at the same time. This will slow you down.
If you still have problems after trying the above I would suggest that you will need to contact the vendor for support via sitemail.
