I just ran it through my clouds from 1600 by 3732 and upped it to 9259 by 21597 and unfortunately it looks exactly the same as when I increase the size via photoshop. So currently I am smart blurring then will take it into a hdr program to sharpen it, might work :)

That's too bad. I'm at a loss. The program has always worked well for me.
