Here's another oldie that I personally like how it turned out:

 

Perhaps 85% Poser, 15% Photoshop (including the background). Three Poser renders layered, blended and merged; then I drew some lines (like those in the dude's nails and horns) and strengthened other lines (like lines around the teeth).
