Not that I know of, but I do think that e-on's tech support has a way of logging onto a user's computer to fix problems. It cost money though. Best solution is to ask specific questions - i.e. are you getting an error message when installing?
Integrating with Max, that may be the tough part. I only use Infinite, so I could not help. Sometime it helps to post to the e-on registered user's forum and Cornucopia3D's forum too.
