I'm trying to do that on Genesis, I don't see any stuff about having to save as an obj, it looks like he's working directly on Posed figures, I thought that was one of the features that was added to Carrara 8.

That said, I just tried exporting the figure as you suggested and even that keeps coming back into Carrara in a T-Pose, even after posing it and saving it as an obj while it was posed.
