Is the problem you can import the obj ok but when you apply textures they are all distorted (ie UV is messed up)

or

Is the problem the textures work ok but you have to manually apply them (ie the textures are getting lost) but want them to be automatically applied.

or

Textures work fine but you're missing the procedurally generated textures like specular and SSS.
