an obj cloth into daz need rig so that can be as character ?

what situation need rig?

change v6's head,eye,body and other part ,which need rig ?
what right situation need rig?
and I know in poser'set up room',when set up original character ,this character's cloth and so on can not fit.
in daz the same?

If the obj is needed to move/pose  be it a character or clothes it needs to be rigged.
