Rendo stopped responding to my posts here, and my two service tickerts on this issue. Out of frustration I finally just ended up swithcing the email address on my Rendo account to one that was not through Comcast, whereupon everything was fine. Just means I now have to go to two different accounts to see all of my 3D related emails.
